What the LQ Blueprint is

The LQ Blueprint is a founding-cohort program from Kairos Coaching & Consulting, built and led by Josh Kosnick. It is a 12-month container for a small group of leaders who have hit the ceiling of what performance alone can produce and are ready to build a life that holds up under pressure — not just a business that does.

The program is anchored in the Five Bridges of Kairos: Spiritual, Internal, Relationships, Environment, and Legacy. Every session, every cohort meeting, and every live experience is scored against those five bridges. Members leave the year with a scored diagnostic of each bridge, a strengthened weakest bridge, and a working operating system for staying aligned as the business scales.

Who this is for

Founders, operators, and executives running seven- and eight-figure businesses who look successful on the outside and feel scattered on the inside. Leaders with a coaching habit already, who want a room instead of another one-off engagement. People who have read The Kairos Code or listened to the Spartan Leadership Podcast and want to work directly with Josh over a full year.

The cohort is intentionally small. Admission is by application, and Josh personally reviews every one.
