## What this site is

LQ Blueprint is the founding cohort of a private, year-long leadership immersion program from Kairos Coaching & Consulting. It is not a course, not a mastermind in the conventional sense, and not a one-off retreat. It is a structured year of coaching, peer accountability, and in-person gatherings designed to develop a leader across all five dimensions of their life — not just their business.

The program is by application only. It is intentionally small. It is not for everyone.

## Who it serves

LQ Blueprint is built for leaders who:
- Already win publicly but feel something missing privately
- Carry real responsibility — for teams, families, capital, or all three
- Are seven figures and up in business or career, but not necessarily measured by revenue alone
- Want clarity on what to build next, not just how to scale what already works

It is not for first-time founders looking for tactics, for leaders chasing a hack, or for anyone who treats personal development as performative.

## The Five Bridges framework

Every part of LQ Blueprint is built around the Five Bridges of Kairos — the framework Josh Kosnick developed and documented in The Kairos Code, his USA Today best-selling book.

The Five Bridges are:

1. **Spiritual** — Who or what you're built on. The foundation that holds when everything else moves.
2. **Internal** — Mental, physical, intellectual, and emotional health. The integrity of the operator.
3. **Relationships** — Marriage, family, friendships, and professional alliances. The people you carry and who carry you.
4. **Environment** — Where you work, live, lead, and serve. The systems and surroundings that compound over time.
5. **Legacy** — What outlives you. The decisions today that shape what your children, team, and community inherit.

LQ stands for Life Quotient — a measure of how aligned a leader is across all five bridges, not just one or two.
